Manage proposals from start to finish while working with Business Development Leads, Capture Managers, HR and Recruiting to prepare winning proposals. Read and analyze RFPs in their entirety in order accurately communicate requirements and taskings to proposal team members and SMEs. Prepare proposal development schedules and work with all proposal team members to ensure compliance with the schedule. Prepare compliance matrix for each proposal and identify gaps and weaknesses in each proposal. Organize and oversee proposal writing, editing, illustration, and production efforts in response to requests for proposals, information, and oral presentations. Organize and participate in the production of each proposal and complete a White Glove review prior to proposal submission. Track contract statistics and metrics, assist Business Development (BD) in developing marketing materials, and provide analysis for contract opportunities.
