I write the weekly Livelong Woman newsletter all about longevity through a woman\'s lens. Each Wednesday we explore the science of aging well, the truth behind trendy treatments, and the stories of women navigating it all. Amid endless health claims, the goal is to cut through the noise and translate science into clear, actionable tools for a longer, healthier life. Subscribe here: https://livelongmedia.com/Additionally, we are building a community of like-minded women who care deeply about health and aging well. Want to join us? ABOUT TIFFANY NIESLANIK
I’m a freelance writer who tells stories at the intersection of science, health, and human experience, with a deep respect for nuance and credible sources. Whether I’m interviewing a neuroscientist for National Geographic or unpacking health trends for Livelong Media, I translate complex research into human-centered stories that resonate. My work explores topics like longevity science, wearable health tech, nutrition psychology, and family wellness—all driven by a core curiosity: how do we live better, longer, more connected lives?Over the past decade, I’ve helped national publications, start-ups, and small brands build trust through content that’s evidence-based and emotionally intelligent. Before going freelance, I led content and community at mission-driven startups like Yelp and The Mom Project. These experiences sharpened my ability to balance storytelling with strategy and grow communities through purposeful content. These days, I partner with publications and brands to craft storytelling that informs, inspires, builds connection, and often includes a trending topic. I believe good communication is a form of care. And I bring that mindset, along with curiosity, empathy, and, for better or worse, a Type-A-personality attention to detail, to every story I shape. I live in Colorado with my family of 3 kids, 3 cats, and one amazing partner, try to travel to another country once a year, have a TBR stack of books bigger than I\'ll ever get through, and dream of becoming a proficient gardener someday. If you\'re looking for a writer who can distill research into resonance (and help your audience feel seen in the process) I’d love to connect.
