ABOUT TIFFANY MCLELLAND

I am the Economic Development Coordinator at Davis Technical College. I love meeting our local business professionals and discovering ways we can help facilitate their needs to flourish in this economy. We help them with workforce training, event space, financing assistance, business evolution and more. I gained two years of experience marketing Davis Tech to its employees, with an emphasis on organizational culture and morale. I have a comprehensive understanding of HR, which is, a business\'s core talent search and development department. I am skilled at developing and running effective committees in order to offer advisory assistance from subject matter experts. I am highly effective in autonomous roles. I am a writing and verbal communications specialist. I am currently driving Davis Tech\'s mission to grow and support the local community. I have three years of journalism experience in researching individuals and companies to understand who they are and communicating their story. I have a proficiency with social media technology to identify opportunities, learn about companies, and interview face-to-face. I am currently working on my Master\'s of Professional Communication degree. I am excited to see the ways I can use my degree once I\'m finished in December 2020. If you love the smell of fresh cut grass, the roar of vintage muscle cars, people watching on the streets of London, we may be long lost friends.
