ABOUT TIFFANY MANCOR

I am a dedicated Health & Safety professional with a strong foundation in industrial operations and a proven ability to build and lead safety programs that protect people and strengthen organizations.My career began in the pulp and paper industry, where I worked as an Equipment Operator and supported shipping, receiving, and warehouse logistics. Alongside these responsibilities, I served as a Safety Representative through the union, where I was mentored in health and wellness, injury management, and return-to-work programs. This dual role gave me both operational experience and early exposure to occupational health and safety, sparking the career path I continue today.I later transitioned fully into occupational health and safety, holding roles as a First Aid Instructor, OHS Advisor, and Corporate HSE Supervisor. Today, as Corporate Health & Safety Manager at F&M Installations Ltd, I lead program development, compliance, and risk management across construction and industrial projects. My work includes designing corrective-action systems, conducting incident investigations, supporting COR audit readiness, and driving WorkSafeBC compliance.I am currently pursuing my CRSP designation to advance into a Director-level role, with a focus on shaping strong safety culture at both the field and corporate levels.Passionate about practical, people-first safety, I combine my operational roots, union-based mentorship, and regulatory expertise to create systems that are not only compliant but lived daily by crews on the ground.
