Transformation junkie. Experimenter, tinkerer, analyzer and adventurer at heart. My life has always been about observation and change. Sometimes that change looks like moving to a new city and other times it looks like creating a new identity. Either way I have learned the tools, skills and art of seamless transformation for myself and others. I believe we are in relationship to everyone and everything. How we relate to our world affects our experience in our world and vice versa. When our relationships are going well we feel amazing but when our relationships aren’t going well we feel disconnected and lost or stuck. I’ve spent the majority of my life obsessing about relationships; first driven by a deep need to understand my family, romantic relationships, friendships, my relationship to my body and food. Within the past 5 years I’ve been deep diving into relationships to money, career/purpose, thoughts, feelings, behaviors and faith.
