As the Director of Talent & Organizational Development, I focus on building enterprise capability that strengthens performance, succession, and long-term readiness. I also lead and develop a high-performing Talent & Organizational Development team, setting enterprise strategy, priorities, and standards while empowering my team to operate as trusted partners to senior leaders across the business.Over the course of my career, I’ve led enterprise-wide transformations across leadership development, succession planning, talent frameworks, and consultant operating models.
