If being mindful was the only way to save the world, would you live up to it? I like to think that being mindful is a lifestyle and having this mindset got me to where I am today. Taking one step at a time not only helped me professionally, but personally as well. My name is Tiffany Jones, Mindfulness Expert, and Mental Health and Restorative Justice advocate, skilled in the Mental Health and Higher Education field capacity. Some of my professional experience includes providing exceptional clinical and case management skills, and implementing and spearheading programs with my analytical capabilities and extensive knowledge in working with diverse populations. I have been recognized as a dedicated, team-oriented, respectful, and adaptable professional with excellent time management. My knowledge and experience enables my ability to provide therapeutic, consultative, and educational services to the community and other providers in the Mental Health field. I possess a strong understanding of program management, records and case management, advising, and policies and procedures related to individual counseling and the criminal justice system. In all of my roles, I am responsible for leading, preparing, and delivering many tasks to ensure compliance with the rules, policies, and procedures of the National Association of Social Workers and Federal and State Laws. With a Master of Social Work and a B.S. in Criminology, Law, and Society, I thrive to make groundbreaking changes and seek restorative justice. My strong determination and innovative thinking allow me to contribute a rejuvenated perspective to my teams as we collaborate to reach our goals. My overall goal is to drive meaningful results aligned with empowering others with supportive services and wellness approaches.

The selected finalist in a local Business Pitch Competition and one of the top three finalists in the Virginia Black Business Directory Pitch Competition.~Fundraising: Deepened connections with local community youth and families by instituting and generating over $1k within 10 scholarship funding opportunities to assist parents with obtaining school supplies for the upcoming school year.~Education and Mentorship: Provide a strong educational-based foundation using evidence-based and S.M.A.R.T. goals approaches through individual and group sessions, and workshops.
