Over two decades ago, I discovered my knack for seeing the big picture in businesses. I began introducing proactive systems and processes wherever I worked, making things easier and less stressful for everyone involved – including myself, my colleagues, and customers. As I climbed the career ladder, I embraced operational roles and eventually became a director of operations and COO. My success paved the way for the birth of my own consulting venture, Evolving Enterprises, in 2019. Within this realm, I operate as a Fractional COO for various companies while also providing educational workshops and retreats. Recognizing often overlooked areas that hold hidden potential, I created the Operational Blueprint. This comprehensive guide and action plan assist business owners in optimizing their operations, enabling them to work smarter and achieve better outcomes. In 2020, a new chapter began as my husband Rick and I purchased an 1890\'s log cabin in Hillsboro, VA and transformed it into Stony Point Business Center. This venue exudes a rustic yet professional charm, offering the perfect setting for training, educational workshops, and business retreats. Here, professionals can educate, collaborate, and celebrate in a unique and impactful environment.
