She is known for connecting with others in authentic ways, identifying opportunities to collaborate, and uplifting those around her. Throughout her career and in her personal time, Tiffany has engaged in regular community engagement and volunteer work with organizations focused on driving equity in the community. She rolls up her sleeves and helps develop and grow grassroots programs, contributing to marketing, public relations, event planning, and operations development. Tiffany currently serves on the board of directors for Women4Change and on the volunteer leadership team for Women in Manufacturing Indiana. She’s served with groups like the Women Equity Brunch team, the Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana, and Indy Maven. Her favorite volunteer experience was serving as a mentor for the Indiana Latino Expo’s AXIS leadership program, mentoring exceptional young Latino professionals in our region for three years.Tiffany recently earned her place on the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 list, and has received awards for her community engagement work such as the 2023 Camilla Buell Thomas Outstanding Volunteer Award from the Mid-States Minority Supplier Development Council and 2022 Diversity Equity and Inclusion Advocate of the Year award from the United Way of Central Indiana\'s ELEVATE program. She has also been honored as a finalist for the International Center’s Global Impression Award in 2022, as well as the Indy Rainbow Chamber’s Community Member of the Year award in 2021 and Ally of the Year award in 2019.
