About Tiffany Hackett Ferreri

Dr. Tiffany Hackett is the Director of Leadership Development for Vituity. Her areas of interest include the professional development and education of physicians allowing them to excel both as directors of their departments and provider teams, as well as clinically. She has been the co-director of the Vituity’s Administrative Fellowship since 2017. She founded the first group to focus on women in Vituity providing community, leadership training and a collective voice to these partners; this work paved the way for Vituity\'s current DEI communities.Tiffany is also a credentialed professional coach (CPCC- Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and ACC via the International Coaching Federation). As an executive coach, Tiffany combines her education, experience and wisdom in new ways to support Vitans integrating coaching best practices in their leadership work. Professional areas of interest include: • Leaders elevating their impact, sharpening their skills, and tackling challenges• Entrepreneurs looking to launch, stretch and expand!• Professional pivots, reboots and balance.• Promoting and supporting women in the workplaceTiffany Ferreri is a married mother of 2 teenagers ( & 2 doodles) and lives in Northern California. After high school in the California Bay Area, she continued her education earning a BA at Yale, MD at The University of Pennsylvania, and MBA at the Wharton School of Business. She is a practicing, board certified Emergency Medicine Physician.In her free time, she loves international travel, watercolor painting, and gardening. She coaches her clients from her home office nicknamed the greenhouse for its petite size, shape and abundant windows. This \"greenhouse\" overlooks her front yard fruit and vegetable garden and is the inspiration for the name of her coaching company.
