Tiffany Hardy is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with 15+ years experience managing projects in administrative and retail tenant-occupied space. The project completed in February 2021, within budget, zero punch and realized a 11% cost savings. She held a few positions during her eight year tenure with CBRE. In her last role, as a Real Estate Project Manager she managed bank equipment expansion, ADA improvements and complete interior platform retrofits of JP Morgan Chase banking centers in Southern California. While based in Denver, she managed a 560 thousand square foot portfolio of critical data sites, commercial and retail properties located in CO, NM and TX on the Bank of America account. Preceding her position as a Facilities Property Manager she managed 34 retail and administrative projects, over $2.5 million in construction cost as a Associate Project Manager on the Bank of America account in Dallas. Specifically, managing the quality, schedule and cost of ADA, exterior security lighting, capital improvements and administrative build-outs projects in existing buildings through construction completion. Achieving 100% project deliverables. Tiffany has both project and facilities management experience with a proven ability to manage multiple projects. She focuses on compliance/risk mitigating, has superior account management skills, a reputation for creative problem solving and team building. Tiffany ended her eight year tenure with CBRE in 2016 and joined JLL.
