I have an MBA degree from Clayton State University, specializing in human resources development. I am currently the Chief Investigator at the DeKalb County Solicitor-General\'s Office, where I support and advise the Solicitor-General on various issues and cases. My core competencies include administration, training and development, investigation, and community outreach. In my current role, I assist in the evaluation and strategy related to high-profile cases, draft memos, and white papers, develop department policies and processes, and conduct regular comparison surveys with other jurisdictions. I also plan, implement, and attend community outreach events, and participate in executive team meetings to handle office issues and operations. I enjoy working with diverse and talented people, and I value integrity, accountability, and justice.
