ABOUT TIFFANY GALVIN GREEN
Most teams don’t struggle because of a lack of intelligence. They struggle because they don’t understand what’s happening between people in the room. I work at the intersection of leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness—helping teams navigate complexity in real time. My work focuses on making the invisible dynamics of teams visible and actionable, including communication patterns, conflict, decision-making, and role imbalance. My experience spans: Learning and development Leadership and team effectiveness Culture and DEI strategy Organizational change and alignment My work translates across sectors, including corporate environments where speed, scale, and cross-functional alignment are critical to performance. Rather than relying on theory alone, I design and lead experiences that help teams: understand how they are operating identify what’s missing and adjust how they work together to move forward This includes facilitated sessions, leadership development, and strategic support for organizations navigating growth, change, or internal tension. That same approach extends beyond organizations. Through Living Stories, I translate these ideas—identity, belonging, and how we understand one another—into children’s books and story-based learning tools designed to introduce these skills earlier. I’m currently exploring senior leadership and consulting opportunities in: Learning & Development Organizational effectiveness Culture, DEI, and leadership strategy If you’re thinking about how your team works—or how people learn to work well together in the first place—I’m always open to conversation.
