I am an Associate Director, Cancer Center Partnerships, with the American Cancer Society (ACS). My responsibilities include the development and delivery of programs that focus on Cancer detection/screening and health and wellness across multiple regions. I partner with hospitals, Oncologists and community resource providers to maximize awareness of programs to at-risk populations.I have achieved much success by aligning programs and services with identified needs. I establish goals and metrics, followed by real-time data collection, analysis and trending to monitor outcomes. Analytics are used as a baseline for positive change, transformation management and continuous quality improvement initiatives. I help to support high performance teams and build consensus and support for shared goals among all relevant stakeholders.I earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and a Certificate in Quality Improvement, Triple Aim and Leadership.
