As Manager, Joint Planning Process, I am responsible for identifying connectivity between Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and other functional processes through project integration and enterprise mindset to see linkages with Stage gate, Supply Chain PMO, Innovation and other cross functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Unlock value and efficiency by synchronizing process inputs and outputs between IBP and other areas of the commercial business. • Leads One Americas efforts to streamline MCBC Supply Chain operations (US, LAC, Canada). • Provides governance over the cyclical IBP process calendar. • Tracks and reports STW execution to Supply Chain and stakeholders. • Creates brewery targets to reflect AOP based on network capacity and constraints. • Tracks Annual Operating Plan and cross-functional activity, ensuring timely completion. • Represents MCBC’s LGBTQ+ ERG as an active Board of Directors member.
