With over 15 years of work experience in various fields, I am a CAPM-certified Human Resources Manager at Rocky Ridge Construction LLC, a leading company in the commercial construction industry. I joined the company as a Construction Office Manager in May 2023, and quickly demonstrated my skills in managing multiple projects, coordinating staff and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, social media management and content creation as well as website design. In August 2023, I was promoted to Human Resources Manager, where I oversee the recruitment, training, and development of employees, as well as maintain employee relations, benefits, and payroll. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the company\'s mission and values. Before joining Rocky Ridge Construction, I worked as an OhioKAN Kinship and Adoption Navigator at Pathway Caring for Children, a nonprofit organization that provides foster care, adoption, and counseling services to children and families in need. There, I helped connect kinship and adoptive families with resources and support, and facilitated the placement of children in safe and loving homes. I am skilled in HR policies & procedures, multitasking, and I enjoy learning new things and taking on challenges.
