ABOUT TIFFANY ANN JONES

I love the law, empowering others, and solving problems. I did not grow up knowing I wanted to be an attorney; EVERY career intrigued me so it took me a little time to find my purpose. I started my career in advertising and marketing. I loved getting to create content and work with businesses to craft creative solutions to address concerns or achieve targeted goals. The two things I loved most about marketing and advertising are the two things I love most about the practice of law: 1. the privilege to learn for a living; and 2.getting to connect with my clients. The law, just like marketing, technology, or medicine, is ever evolving and so are the needs of each new client. Every new client is a new opportunity to learn. To learn about my client, their goals, and their need/s. I genuinely love partnering with small businesses because not only do I get to learn about the client but I also get to learn about their business and, ideally, to help it thrive. A lawyer, like a marketing team, needs to understand their client’s goals, position, and perspective in order to craft an appropriate solution for the client. Due to my previous career,(and a short three year stint as an entrepreneur) I have extensive experience in all things businesses need to identify and resolve their pain points and to reach their goals including Email Marketing, SEM & SEO, Social Media, Contests, Mobile Web & App, Web Development, Targeted Advertising, Creative Campaign Development, Content Marketing, Reputation Management, and SaaS. My background and interests give me a unique perspective on issues faced by businesses and their needs— including —calculated growth, strategic planning, partnerships, logistics, connecting with a desired audience, competitive marketplaces, employee retention and development, and parallel legal issues.
