ABOUT TIFFANY HOLMES

I work with people and organisations to help them find clarity, build confidence and create meaningful impact, whether that is one-to-one, in a room together or at sector level.As a coach, I work with individuals navigating moments of transition: feeling stuck, questioning their direction or sensing that something in their life or work needs to change. I support people to understand what is really going on beneath the surface, reconnect with what matters to them and move forward with greater clarity, courage and intention. As a facilitator, I design and lead processes that enable connection, collaboration and meaningful dialogue, particularly across difference. I believe in the power of bringing people together well and creating the conditions where honest, generative conversations can happen.As a consultant, I advise organisations and networks in the film exhibition and cultural sector on strategy, funding, evaluation and sector development. I draw on fifteen years of experience as a creative producer, community manager and cultural leader including roles at Cornwall Film Festival and Film Hub South West.Running through all of my work is a commitment to equity and access, breaking down the barriers that prevent people from participating fully whether in their own lives or in the cultural and civic life around them.Based in Bristol and working both in person and remotely.
