ABOUT TIFFANNY BROSNAN
My practice is concentrated in employment litigation and counseling. My employment-related counseling includes advising employers regarding wage and hour problems, leaves of absence, layoff planning, termination and disciplinary matters. I provide training to employers, including mandatory sexual harassment training. I also conduct independent workplace investigations. In litigation, I represent employers in individual matters and class actions including allegations of wrongful termination, whistle blower claims, discrimination, harassment, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets and wage and hour violations.Outside of work I enjoy live music and sporting events, especially our favorite family sport, soccer.
