I’m a People & Culture executive who believes that when strategy and authenticity are aligned, organizations don’t just perform—they win.Across publicly-traded, private equity–backed companies, higher education, and large-scale enterprise environments, I’ve built and transformed People & Culture functions that enable business outcomes through thoughtful talent strategy, data-driven decision-making, and authentic leadership. My work sits at the intersection of culture, capability, and change—helping organizations navigate growth, restructuring, and transformation while keeping people at the center.I’ve had the privilege of establishing inaugural People & Culture and Talent functions, leading enterprise-wide restructurings with zero litigation, advising Boards and investors, and partnering closely with CEOs and C-suites through moments that truly define organizations. Whether launching compensation frameworks, strengthening leadership pipelines, reimagining onboarding and engagement, or embedding performance accountability into the fabric of the business, my focus is always the same: build systems that work for people and performance.What energizes me most is creating environments where leaders are developed intentionally, employees feel seen and supported, and culture is treated as a market differentiator—not an afterthought. I’m especially passionate about guiding organizations through complexity with clarity, empathy, and accountability, and about designing People strategies that scale with the business.At my core, I’m a creator, a trusted ear, and a consistent leader during change—deeply committed to shaping workplaces where people can do their best work, while having fun, and organizations can achieve what they set out to do.
