Hello! I\'m Tiffani Martin. I have over 9 years of experience as a career coach/recruiter, and my primary professional goal is to see my clients succeed in finding the career path that is best suited for them. I have experience working with mid-career and executive professionals seeking careers in nonprofit organizations, higher education, small businesses and startups, large corporations, and government agencies. I also specialize in online career coaching.When a person decides to work with a career coach, they typically do so with the goal of changing, improving, or advancing their career. The right coach will help that person learn new techniques, strategies, and action steps to achieve those career goals. But that\'s not all you need from your coach - the right coach also truly cares about your career progression. Without that, a coach is simply a repository of information. To that end, I take a holistic and “big picture” approach to counseling. I also leverage my skills in resume writing and editing, LinkedIn writing, brainstorming career paths, filling gaps in education and experience, and job market research to help my clients reach their professional goals.I feel it\'s important to have empathy for all people, especially my clients. Everyone\'s situation is different and unique to them. As a result, even though sometimes it\'s hard, I strive to listen more than I talk so I can fully understand both the happiness and pain that my clients feel. I also value authenticity and practicality when working with my clients. I believe that being my true self helps them understand they should never take on a role that forces them to change who they are. I endeavor to provide my clients with hope, inspiration, and practical advice. Lastly, I\'m honest with my clients. I don\'t shy away from pointing out the hard truths. It\'s not always an easy task, but it\'s an important one to help my clients overcome challenges and move forward.
