As a Brand Ambassador for Pickup at VCU, I promote the platform by connecting students to local pickup sports games through social media, event planning, and in-person outreach. I help build campus awareness by creating weekly content, attending and organizing games, and showcasing app features to new users. I also gather feedback to improve user experience and track engagement metrics to optimize outreach strategies. This role has strengthened my skills in marketing, community building, and student engagement, while giving me hands-on experience in growing a brand from the ground up.
