I’m a brand and culture strategist, entrepreneur, storyteller, and mama—on a journey to build spaces where people and ideas can thrive.For more than a decade, I’ve led initiatives inside corporate America that helped individuals and organizations move from awareness to action. My work has centered around people: how they show up, how they belong, and how they grow.Over the past few years, I’ve stepped into new spaces—founding Best Rest, a lifestyle brand that helps high-performing people reclaim the power of rest, recovery, and rhythm. I’ve also begun sharing my wellness journey more publicly, partnering with EllieMD to expand access to education around peptides and modern healing practices.I’m currently writing a book for women navigating the quiet, uncertain path to motherhood—part memoir, part reflection, fully honest.Whether I’m supporting teams, building businesses, or whispering stories onto a page at night, I remain committed to this truth:Rest isn’t a reward.
