ABOUT TIFANI POPLAWSKI

I am Technical Product Owner exceeding client expectations with advanced level technical and troubleshooting talents, matched with progressive customer-centric experience. I have always been interested in computers and technology but it wasn\'t until I was sitting in my Computers in Nuclear Medicine class that I realized that I needed to be in that field. I loved patient care but I had to find a way to help people and work in the technical side of the field. I worked my way up getting the experience in the nuclear medicine field. Finally a job came open at Siemens Healthineers for a Syngo.via Application support role. It was my opportunity to gain the extra experience I needed. I worked on a small team on the RSC covering North America. I worked on a project promoting the relaunch of the online ticketing website and was chosen to be the US RSC application collaboration site support. I was selected to work on a small group to Beta test our newest software changes in the MI applications for the software. While I was there my engineer and application colleagues taught me so much and encouraged me to go back to school and make the next step in my career a possibility. I was helping patients and doing what I love. I had a lot of wonderful experiences in my time there but I got another opportunity to learn new software and support a new group of people and I am grateful for my continued growth opportunities provided in my new role. I graduated with an MS in IT in May 2022 with a focus on Cybersecurity.
