Collect necessary elements for 16 booked music acts simultaneously to ensure the performance will make broadcast and acquire proper clearances that may be required• Develop 4 different graphic templates with the fitting dimensions via Photoshop utilized on the show and talent\'s social media platforms and coordinate a promotional timeline with sample copy language varying with each booking• Conduct research on new artists, upcoming music, and current trends to develop music and comedy pitches for the music booker to consider and attend 2-3 shows a week to scout for future bookings• Function as the acting producer when the current producer is unavailable to establish everything is camera ready for the director and lighting director, but also to the talent’s satisfaction creative wise• Coordinate all union clearances, hiring paperwork and payment for the performers ranging from 1 to 100 guests per act, as well as managing the department’s finances for each bookingOrganized and booked travel for guests when needed including chauffeured vehicles, arranging hotel and flight reservations for talent, and gathering hotel and restaurant recommendationsHandle hospitality accommodations and talent management every show day to ensure each guest has a pleasant and professional experience while also staying on the show’s schedule
