My professional background at BuildOn and iMentor provided a masterclass in program implementation; today, I apply those skills at Pitt Community College to advocate for non-traditional and adult learners.I leverage a dual-master’s perspective, including a recent degree in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University, to dismantle barriers for students navigating the college landscape. Whether I am developing comprehensive SEPs or utilizing data-driven interventions to keep students on track, my goal is always to empower the individual.
