Telephony Procurement is a global team of procurement professionals whose primary focus is the sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and supplier relationship management of telephony services to provide an excellent employee experience, optimize spend and mitigate risk for Voice Services and the Mobile Phone Program. The organization includes Global Voice Services Strategic Procurement and the Mobile Phone Program team. We also manage the Oracle Procurement Cloud for Mobile Phone catalog content / purchasing with 66 suppliers across the globe and support M&A integrations by dispositioning all Voice Service and Mobile Phone supplier contracts inherited from acquired companies.
