Happiness starts with health. I have always believed that health is a fundamental human right, which drives my passion for innovative, sustainable health promotion strategies. My vision for health and wellness focuses on empowering individuals and communities to be active participants in their physical and mental health. I am a goal-driven, team-focused program coordinator and recent MPH graduate specializing in health promotion and behavioral sciences. My primary interests surround the issues of chronic disease prevention through physical activity, nutrition, and mindfulness-based intervention.
