INSPIRE ME To understand a person, you must understand what inspires them. I am inspired by excellence and by surrounding myself with integrity and honesty. Exceeding the expectations set before me is my reward. As a critical thinker, I love initiating and facilitating open communication. Hearing your views and thought process helps me to grow as a person and makes me challenge my own perceptions. I pride myself on the ability to bring solutions and alternative suggestions to my team to help streamline our processes and daily activities. I am a firm believer in asking questions to understand the “why” in my actions. Knowing why I am doing what I am doing brings me purpose. I need to know that what I am a part of is honest and fair to all. I am not a mindless drone, but a soldier fighting for a greater cause and bigger picture. CHALLENGE ME I never back down from a challenge. I am fiercely competitive and have a strong drive for results. I consistently exceed all metrics placed before me by leveraging my strengths. Challenges force me to put my potential to the test, and I believe that there is much of me still left to be tested. I consider myself a leader when it comes to striving for excellence. I believe in holding my teammates accountable and I expect the same in return. Excellence breeds excellence, and this can be achieved by actively engaging in positive open communications to promote trust and understanding. ENTICE ME Like most people, my ultimate goal in life is to land that dream career that makes me excited to get up in the morning. I know that it will involve challenges, will evolve as I do, and will surround me with an all-star cast that is just as motivated to succeed as I am. I am open to new opportunities and look forward to the adventure that awaits me at every turn.
