About Tiep Pham

I am a research scientist with more than seven years of experience in the design and manufacture of liposomes and polymeric nanoparticle formulations that are used to encapsulate small therapeutic compounds and nucleic acids at high efficiency. My goal is to apply my experience in nanoformulations toward the development of advanced vaccines and cancer treatments. I am experienced with bringing an idea and developing it to a product. Throughout my time at GenScript, I successfully launched 3 products as well as managing production of LNP. Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities such as rock climbing and hiking. I also love Olympic weight lifting and Crossfit.
