ABOUT TIEN NGUYEN

I have led teams of professionals to successfully build and implement software applications in a broad range of industries including Medical Practice Management, e-commerce, Customer Relationship Management. I have always been passionate about technology, since high school and always find pleasure in learning. I am fortunate to have worked with great leaders who have imparted to me their goal-oriented mindset and the team building wisdom. But experience enhances the critical thinking process that often makes me ask myself (and ask upper management):\"is it wise to be that technologically trendy yet?\" Those are my philosophy and assets when I embark on the exciting journey of building/improving information systems. Be ready to disrupt, but be sensible. Be determined to succeed, but put the team first. I love to watch the NFL and remember many words of wisdom of successful players/coaches:\"I can run/throw/catch successfully because my teammates can block\".\"it\'s a team\'s win\"\"We train hard and are disciplined because we are professionals and love our sport, we also understand our role when a play is called\" Great analogy between football team and business team!
