Helping clients and supervisors with the overall design process, using CAD design software, Illustrator,and Photoshop•Assisting supervising Account Manager(s) as they guide their clients through all phases ofdevelopment and production, including: o Onboarding clients o Following up with ongoing client sales and needs o Performing regular customer service / check-ins o Working directly with pattern maker to see clients’ vision come to life o Creating checklists of what clients need for sampling and production o Giving, making, prepping the cutters proper materials, cut tickets, pattern cards and markers o Pushing cuts through to completion o Managing orders/ samples/ production o Checking TOP samples from production o Making sure specs and tech packs stay up to date o Managing production and sample cuts o Managing Sample Coordinator(s)• Organizing and checking on product quality• Quality control of completed production• Follow customer folding and packing instructions per garment•Assisting with organization of final counts•Packing boxes•Assisting with creation of packing slips and affixing shipping labels• Moving materials, products, or boxes around the factory• Assisting in coordination of production deliveries with co-workers and various contractors andvendors• Communicating with vendors, contractors, clients, and account managers• Assisting co-workers with production challenges and issues
