ABOUT TIDENEK BARRA
Currently serving in the US Peace Corps as a Health Extension volunteer in Benin. Prior to my Peace Corps service, I was a police cadet with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department while studying criminology, data analysis, and polygraph examinations. Passionate about creating a lasting impact, I look forward to transitioning into a career in federal service or within the international development field after my Peace Corps service concludes in September 2025. I am particularly interested in opportunities where I can leverage my language skills (Spanish, French, Swahili and Fon) and my studies in security, criminal justice, data analysis, community engagement, and project management to contribute to the growth and well-being of communities worldwide.
