Led or supported analysis of data from Phase clinical trials (including 3 pivotal trials) on dermatological and autoimmune disease indications across multiple compounds/devices (including Ruxolitinib and Povorcitinib), responded to urgent regulatory requests, and supervised annual IB/DSUR updates for topical Ruxolitinib. • Co-led several data science projects. Pooled SDTM/ADaM data from several dermatology/oncology clinical trial studies and engineered features related to key clinical variables. Predicted and examined prognostic factors for drug efficacy and patient disposition outcomes using machine learning models (e.g, SVM, random forest, and boosted trees) on the pooled data. Reported results using Quarto and R Markdown. • Co-led department AI strategies. Integrated general-purpose LLMs for automated clinical trial safety review and data/output checking.
