Assist project manager in reviewing Monitoring Reports submitted by dischargers and Water Discharge Requirement(WDR) and fill out review forms, in accordance with the Water Quality Control Board Basin Plan.• Review over 20 remediation cases, basically familiar with the remediation case application procedures, technical approaches, proposed work plan, etc.• Identify and draft Notice of Violation letters resulting from various of monitoring reports from dischargers on Geotracker.• Familiar with Basin Plan of Los Angeles County, including beneficial uses for surface and ground waters, water quality objectives, strategic planning & implementation programs to protect all regional waters. • Conduct on-site inspection to evaluate the sustainability of wastewater discharge system and prepare the inspection report with the assistance of project manager.
