As leader of Florida Blue Medicare (FBM) provider strategy, I work closely with VP Medicare Solutuons, President and Chief Growth Officer developing and implementing a strategy to position the plan for bold membership growth and to become the payor of choice for Medicare Advantage membership in Florida. Building trust and serving as an advocate for partners allows me to develop and maintain deep partnerships with anchor and asset providers across the state. This includes resource allocation to ensure Strategic Accountant Management, Clinical and Operational improvements.
