I am an executive strategy, finance, and corporate development leader with 10+ years of experience transforming financial and information services businesses through growth strategy, M&A, product evolution, and operational excellence. As Head of Strategy & Finance and a member of the executive leadership team for a global business unit within Fitch Group, I partner directly with the Head of the Business to set long-range vision, shape enterprise strategy, and translate it into multi-year financial plans, capital allocation decisions, and investment priorities. I lead business strategy, strategic finance, budgeting, and oversee annual and multi-year CAPEX planning and product transformation across a major information services and data business.Over the last three years, I helped reverse multi-year revenue decline, repositioned the business from a research-led model to a competitive data & analytics platform, and delivered sustained revenue growth and meaningful margin expansion through organizational redesign, pricing transformation, commercial improvements, and disciplined cost management.Previously, as Director of Corporate Development and M&A, I led end-to-end execution of strategic acquisitions totaling ~$700M in enterprise value, overseeing sourcing, valuation, diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration without reliance on investment banks. I evaluated 300+ opportunities across Data/Analytics, FinTech, RegTech, AI, and ESG, and led integration across Product, Technology, Finance, HR, and Commercial functions.
