About Tiana Pole
Graduating from Saint Joseph’s university with a bachelors in Accounting and Business intelligence and analytics, I was able to start my career as an IT audit Professional with EY. With 5+ years of IT audit experience, I was able to assist in SOX compliance audits in the internal and external audit space, review and draft risk assessments, help to issue SOC reports, which includes having knowledge and understanding in the COSO principles and Trust Service Criteria. These experiences have allowed me to lead meetings, including Executive level meetings and walkthrough meetings, with clients that span across different industries. These discussions and experiences have help me enhance my technical writing skills and executive presence when having live discussions clients. Additionally, I have experience with several ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, and Infor productions such as (BaaN LN, and Lawson).Beyond just my work experience, I am deeply passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion within the workplace. I believe that true innovation stems from a culture that values diverse perspectives and inclusive practices. This has allowed me to participate in different internal initiatives to help shed light on how we can be more conscious and aware of our actions and to help promote a workspace that allows all to be comfortable. My commitment to excellence extends to my community involvement. I am passionate about giving back and supporting my local communities, and have join groups and initiatives, to participate and organize, awareness walks (i.e. Breast cancer walk), Food drives through my local church community and different organizations, and/ or being a mentor to participants in the Cristo Rey work study program.
