   As Executive Director, I led a dynamic cross-functional team in executing the complete spectrum of operations for our ethnographic research firm. I oversaw the research team and all research-related activities which included research design, recruitment, fieldwork, travel logistics, participant communication, internal team coordination, videographer engagement, and client interaction. I also spearheaded the synthesis and comprehensive analysis of collected data, generation of impactful insights, creation of compelling reports with supporting video and delivery of actionable recommendations to fuel product refinement, innovation, and customer loyalty.
