About Tiana Gould
I am a Mechanical Engineer with over 6 years of professional industry experience. I have worked extensively in the additive manufacturing industry working with a variety of materials including metals, polymers, wood, and sand as well as experience with various printing processes including Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Bound Metal Deposition (BMD), Binder Jetting (BJ), Single Pass Jetting (SPJ), Digital Light Processing (DLP) and more. I have also worked in robotics and laboratory automation systems, designing numerous large-scale automation systems to optimize laboratory testing processes.I also have an unusual background in antique automotives as my family has a large collection of microcars which are small and eclectic vehicles mostly from Europe in the 50\'s and 60\'s, but the collection has grown and expanded beyond. Some of these vehicles can be seen in my profile banner. Growing up with these cars and helping repair and drive them is what sparked my passion and inspired me to pursue a career in mechanical engineering. I have always enjoyed figuring out how things work and designing new concepts as a child and I have continued to develop those interests throughout my life.Additionally, I have a Master\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Mechatronics and a Bachelor\'s in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Robotics and Mathematics.
