Key responsibilities - Conduct generative and evaluative research with assistive technology users on digital products (such as websites, web-apps, mobile apps and software) on behalf of Fable’s customers - Collaborate with Fable team members or other relevant parties on the customer side to scope and run usability research for multiple customers - Identify pain points, preferences, and behaviors surfaced in user interviews and document them in a structured note-taking template - Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights and prioritized recommendations for product improvement with accessibility specialists- Provide clear and timely project updates to customers and escalate issues and concerns to management or customer success- Navigate setting customer expectations and consulting team for non-standard asks to understand if it’s in scope for current agreements- Support other UX researchers on their research studies- Coaching Fable customers and internal staff on accessibility research - Evolving communication and research approaches depending on stakeholder engaged - Lead research studies with other UX researchers supporting work- Support other team members through technically complex studies and customer needs- Lead customer communication on research stream of partnership- Leveraging previous knowledge to collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve Fable products and to collaborate and support Marketing efforts and suggest content.
