ABOUT TIAGO CARACINI

I am a professional with Bachelor\'s in Business Management, with 20 years of professional experience in large and medium-sized companies in the areas of Sanitation, Engineering, Retail, Telecom and Banking, complete domain over activities related to budget management, consolidation of management reports, KPIs and SLAs management, project monitoring, process modeling (BPM) and automation and systems implementations. In the last 11 years I worked in the Shared Services Planning (SSC) area, responsible for budget preparation, intercompany expenses apportionment and support during monthly accounting closing, in addition to managing and reporting KPIs and SLAs. I was also the focal point for the implementation of any system or new project, such as RPA (Robot Process Automation), HP (Oracle) and SAP. Specialties: Proficient using MS Office, excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Portuguese. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
