I\'m a degree qualified and experienced Food Safety Professional, with excellent Auditing skills, HACCP level 4 and Food Safety Level 4 trained, with the ability to make technically sound and commercially wise decisions under pressure. I\'m a team player with excellent team management skills. I\'ve turned around businesses, implementing change under challenging conditions.
