As a Consultant Intern in the People & Change team at CGI Business Consulting, I am currently involved in a major digital transformation project for a leading international luxury brand. My role focuses on end-to-end change management, including the design of customized training materials for BPOs, Key Users, and End Users, informed by hands-on functional testing of the new system. I lead and facilitate training sessions—both in-person and remotely—alongside collaborative workshops and job-shadowing sessions to foster user engagement and understanding. I maintain close coordination with client stakeholders, business teams, and solution consultants to ensure a smooth and consistent change experience. I also contribute to internal communication efforts by creating and distributing concise project updates and visually engaging materials. During the go-live phase, I supported on-site deployment, addressed real-time feedback, and adapted the change approach as needed. Post-deployment, I track adoption KPIs, provide user support, and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure long-term transformation success.
