ABOUT TIA FRAZIER
I am an equity-centered education leader committed to improving postsecondary access, persistence, and long-term outcomes for students historically underserved by our systems. With over a decade of progressive leadership experience across K–12 and collegiate environments, I design and implement structures that move students from aspiration to attainment. My leadership spans college counseling, student services, athletics administration, compliance oversight, and strategic systems planning within traditional public and charter school networks. I have led cross-functional teams, managed complex budgets and regulatory frameworks, and built data-informed improvement strategies that align advising, eligibility, and student support systems toward measurable results.I believe equity requires structure, partnerships require accountability, and outcomes require disciplined execution. I am particularly passionate about strengthening the bridge between high school and higher education through institutional partnerships, data transparency, and shared responsibility for student persistence and degree completion. My work is grounded in two core questions:How do we design systems that ensure students not only enroll in college — but graduate prepared for meaningful careers and fulfilling lives? And when students choose a path other than college, how do we ensure they are equally prepared with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive in the workforce and in life?
