Throughout my career, I have worked with families and individuals who want reliable mortgage advice so they can become homeowners, better manage their finances, and/or improve their current standard of living. I offer over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry and possess a wealth of knowledge having held positions in sales, processing, underwriting, and management. My detailed-oriented nature has proven extremely successful in ensuring accurate borrower analysis to match them with programs best suited for their individual situation, proactive identification of potential roadblocks early, and efficient streamlining of the process to get loans closed smoothly and often ahead of schedule. I shifted my focus to the home equity investment side of the industry since relocating to Colorado in July 2022. I previously managed a team of retention mortgage loan consultants in a remote-hybrid call center environment which includes coaching and developing their daily OKR & KPI metrics, monitoring live and recorded calls, de-escalating complaints and working with internal and external partners to expedite service level agreements. I generate and review production and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement to meet organizational goals. Additionally, I am an REBT certified Group & Goal Success Coach and host of HealThy SPIRIT Podcast where I help working women plan, prioritize and achieve life goals.
