About Tia C.
As a ScrumMaster, I play a key role in the definition, development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Agile practices within the team. I facilitate the different scrum ceremonies such as; sprint planning, backlog refinement, Sprint review, retrospective, and daily activities related to stand-ups and sprint burn down; as well as maintain relevant metrics that help the team see and understand their progress during a sprint; including items such as measuring velocity. In this role I own and resolve identified impediments. I help build an environment where continuous deployment/ improvement of the development process is the focus and everyone\'s common goal is to deliver outstanding software to our customers in a timely manner. I also coach the team for continuous improvement as the main goal for a scrum team is cross functionality.
