In this role, I am responsible for driving each product’s growth, scalability, and alignment with overall business objectives.My work involves close collaboration with engineering, design, and client-side stakeholders to translate business needs into well-prioritized product features. I define and execute product roadmaps and sprint backlogs using Agile methodologies, ensuring that delivery stays focused, realistic, and impactful.One of my key initiatives was leading the end-to-end development of an AI-powered Agent Support System, which automated ticket routing based on ticket types and successfully reduced manual ticket handling time by 30%. This project required balancing automation, usability, and operational readiness across teams.

I started my professional career as a civil engineer for 2 years, then realized I had a high interest in the world of products, so I enrolled in a Product Management Bootcamp to deepen my understanding of the world of product management. Currently, work as a junior product manager with responsible for Prezent (a digital voucher marketplace) and Switching Biller (an upcoming product). I am an adaptable person with good communication skills and analytical thinking, these skills encourage me to deliver a good product for customers.
