Hi, I’m Thuweiba! I’m passionate about the intersection of music, public relations, and marketing, and I aspire to work in the entertainment business, particularly in PR, marketing for music, film, artists, and/or brands. I have interests in community-based work, higher education, and non-profit work as well. My academic journey has been deeply influenced by my love for music, arts, civic engagement and community, both on campus and beyond. As a Leadership Scholar at Ithaca College, I’ve developed strong leadership skills that have enhanced my experience as a student and professional.Advocating for student mental health is another key focus of mine. I’ve served on various college boards, learning how to improve student experiences. Serving as President of the Student Government Association, I’ve honed my leadership abilities, effectively managing teams and fostering collaboration. Additionally, I have experience in creating educational curriculum and presentation-based work. My journey has been fueled by a desire to bridge the gap between creativity and strategy, ensuring that each project I undertake not only meets but exceeds expectations. I am constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow, and I am excited about the future possibilities in the fields of marketing, communication, and design.In addition to my academic work, I write a blog called \'Portrait of a TwentySomething\', where I explore music and navigating my twenties.
