ABOUT THUSHANTHA LAKMAL
I have got 29 years’ of experience in design and implementation of large scale enterprise IT infrastructures spanning from UNIX / Linux world to the latest Cloud based IT Infrastructures.During the last decade have exclusively worked on large scale Data Centre /Infrastructure Migration Projects and Transformation Programmes in senior positions related to platform re -design, migration/transformation planning etc.Full time basis, currently I\'m working on hybrid environments consisting Multi Cloud/On premise Based HPC/Enterprise IT infrastructures as a senior tech lead/manager. On part time basis I am currently a post graduate researcher undertaking a PhD on Computer Science focusing on Proactive Autoscaling in Hybrid Cloud Environments at the Computer Science Research Centre (CSRC) in UWE Bristol.
